About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You inspire our customers to use the charly software and support them with hands-on, interactive training.
Independently conduct seminars both on-site at dental practices and via remote sessions.
You enjoy developing innovative seminar content to continuously expand and improve our training offering.
Together with your team, you actively implement projects.
Knowledge of dental billing is a plus.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You support our customers in the Hesse region and are willing to travel regularly within the area.
You are enthusiastic about charly and ideally have prior exposure to dental billing.
Your organizational skills are excellent.
Ability to work independently and proactively take on tasks and suggest improvements.
A proven track record in customer support that demonstrates your ability to engage customers and build long-term relationships.
Openness to change and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
