About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage large-scale automation and railway signaling projects;
Responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring and delivery;
Ensure deadlines, costs, quality, safety and efficient communication among all involved areas;
Act as the interface between field teams, engineering, corporate departments and the end client;
Ensure operational and strategic excellence of projects;
Monitor and control field activities and the physical progress schedule;
Control and manage large-scale projects;
Define and apply control methodologies;
Develop the project communication plan;
Prepare physical-financial schedules, strategic plans and execute action plans;
Manage project finances;
Maintain constant interface with other company departments;
Gather solutions from specialized technical areas;
Prepare management reports;
Lead meetings with internal and external clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (completed), preferably in Engineering;
Advanced Excel skills;
Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) – Category B;
Willingness to travel;
Intermediate English (a plus);
Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2);
Proven experience in large-scale projects;
Reside in or have easy access to Indaiatuba, Campinas, Itu, or Salto (São Paulo state).
