About the role

  • Outbound prospecting and commercial operations.
  • Build and enrich outbound lists aligned with our ICP.
  • Mine qualified inbound leads from a database of more than 30,000 contacts.
  • Operate cadence tools.
  • Monitor prospect responses, qualify leads and schedule meetings for the closers team.
  • Update and organize data in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • Previous experience in SDR, BDR or LDR roles at health and wellness companies.
  • Familiarity with prospecting, cadence and CRM tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and consistent in execution.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative profile.
  • Interest in learning about the B2B SaaS market and corporate mental health.
