About the role
- Outbound prospecting and commercial operations.
- Build and enrich outbound lists aligned with our ICP.
- Mine qualified inbound leads from a database of more than 30,000 contacts.
- Operate cadence tools.
- Monitor prospect responses, qualify leads and schedule meetings for the closers team.
- Update and organize data in the CRM.
Requirements
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Previous experience in SDR, BDR or LDR roles at health and wellness companies.
- Familiarity with prospecting, cadence and CRM tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented and consistent in execution.
- Good written communication skills.
- Proactive and collaborative profile.
- Interest in learning about the B2B SaaS market and corporate mental health.
