As a Senior Consultant you are comfortable handling customer-specific requirements — you quickly take on subproject and project lead responsibilities and independently manage your projects.
Together with the team you are responsible for providing competent support to our clients.
You identify and assess optimization opportunities in business processes and their IT implementation for our clients.
You actively support acquisition activities and develop functional specifications for our in-house product development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a successfully completed degree in business administration or a technical field, ideally with a focus on real estate, or an equivalent qualification.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the real estate sector.
You bring solid SAP experience in mapping real estate business processes.
Relevant experience in modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX or Finance is mandatory.
You have independently implemented several relevant SAP projects in the real estate environment, not just supported them.
You are able to gather customer-specific requirements independently, analyze them thoroughly and translate them into viable solutions.
You can represent technical topics confidently to the customer, prepare decision-making and independently structure and drive tasks forward.
You work precisely, independently and with a high standard of quality.
You are team- and service-oriented and interact with clients in a confident and professional manner.
You have very good communication and presentation skills in German and good English skills.
You are proficient in MS Office.
