Act as a Senior Consultant who quickly understands customer-specific requirements and take on subproject and project management responsibilities.
Jointly responsible within the team for providing professional support to our clients.
Identify and evaluate optimization opportunities in business processes and their IT implementation for our clients.
Actively support acquisition activities and prepare functional specifications for in-house product developments.

Requirements

Degree in business administration or a technical discipline (ideally with a focus on real estate).
At least 4 years of professional experience in the real estate sector.
SAP knowledge as an application support specialist or several years of hands-on experience in your area, or as an (in-house) consultant mapping real-estate processes in SAP ERP modules PS/PM/MM, RE‑FX or Finance (must have).
Attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and interest in professional development.
Team- and service-oriented, confident with MS Office, very good communication and presentation skills in German (must have) and English.
Documented several years of relevant experience in SAP projects and solid knowledge of integrative tasks.
Structured conception and goal-oriented leadership in developing customer-specific requirements (requirements management).
