About the role
- Lead selected digital innovation initiatives across internal operations and programme support
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can reduce manual work and improve quality
- Coordinate small pilots and prototypes together with country teams and head office functions
- Translate business needs into simple digital solutions and implementation plans
- Support change management, adoption, and internal training for new tools
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Communications, and Programme teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Help define governance principles for responsible digital innovation
- Track lessons learned and convert them into practical guidance and reusable approaches
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- University degree in digital transformation, public health, information systems, international development, or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management, innovation, digital product coordination, or organizational change
- Strong ability to connect operational needs with practical digital solutions
- Experience working across departments and with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Interest in responsible AI, workflow automation, and user adoption
- Professional fluency in English; German is a strong asset
- Experience in an NGO, international, or health-related context is an advantage
