Key responsibilities & impact

You will play a key role in developing our growth strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Tech-native
Confident working with LLMs, AI image/video generators, and automation tools
Understanding of music marketing and fan engagement
Experience with social ads and SEO mechanisms
Ability to amplify organic content through paid push phases
Willing to actively shape a dynamic growth phase
Confident and friendly communication in German and English
Ideally bring industry experience in music
