About the role

  • Coordinate and provide technical support to our development team
  • Act as a technical sparring partner for the product team
  • Structure, plan and track a mid-term development roadmap
  • Make technology decisions regarding programming languages, frameworks, libraries, third-party products and infrastructure
  • Assist with technical discussions and alignments with customers and partners

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with and passion for the tech stack (Backend: PostgreSQL, Laravel, MySQL; Frontend: React, Nuxt, Vue, Tailwind)
  • Experience leading development teams
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Willingness and motivation to contribute to web app design and feature conception
  • Confident and friendly communication in German and English
  • Ideally: industry experience in music, digital media and SaaS
