Virtual Chat Assistant
Soleus AirAmazon Virtual Chat Assistant role providing real-time assistance to customers via chat. Helping customers navigate the Amazon platform and resolve issues efficiently.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with customers through Amazon's chat platform, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries about orders, products, services, and account information
- Quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy
- Utilize internal resources, FAQs, and knowledge bases to provide accurate information and solutions
- Identify complex or sensitive issues and escalate them to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
- Accurately record customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution efficiency
- Provide feedback to improve chat processes and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or remote setting
- Experience with e-commerce or tech support is a plus
- Proficient with computers, web-based tools, and chat software
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of [X] words per minute
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Capable of working independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
