About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the management, support, and optimization of enterprise electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with patient care objectives.
  • Manage data systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of information.
  • Maintain and update EHR databases in accordance with organizational standards and local requirements.
  • Support user training, education, and system optimization both remotely and on-site as needed.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and escalate as appropriate.
  • Assist with EHR design updates and process improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver effective training programs to promote user proficiency and system adoption.
  • Provide training to individuals and groups, including clinical staff, providers, and administrative teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • Working knowledge of Veradigm EHR, including system build, support, and administrative and clinical customization modules.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience providing on-site support for EHR/EMR implementations, user training, and system optimization or related functions.
