About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio
  • Promote the Group's solutions and drive your sales through to closing
  • Manage an existing portfolio with a proactive, growth-oriented approach
  • Increase client interactions to uncover new needs
  • Track your activity in the CRM and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Manage your KPIs (revenue, activity, conversion rate, forecast)
  • Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Technical, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or technical environment
  • Results-oriented sales professional, comfortable with targets and revenue generation
  • Ability to grow a client portfolio: identify opportunities, sell, negotiate and close (upsell / cross-sell)
  • Manage activity using commercial KPIs and a CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Autonomous and able to work in a multi-site environment
