About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio
- Promote the Group's solutions and drive your sales through to closing
- Manage an existing portfolio with a proactive, growth-oriented approach
- Increase client interactions to uncover new needs
- Track your activity in the CRM and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Manage your KPIs (revenue, activity, conversion rate, forecast)
- Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Technical, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or technical environment
- Results-oriented sales professional, comfortable with targets and revenue generation
- Ability to grow a client portfolio: identify opportunities, sell, negotiate and close (upsell / cross-sell)
- Manage activity using commercial KPIs and a CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
- Autonomous and able to work in a multi-site environment
