About the role
- Assist the Delivery Manager in day-to-day team and project coordination, ensuring smooth execution of processes
- Support administrative and organizational tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, purchase orders, billing/invoicing, reporting
- Help monitor and track budgets, resources, and project timelines, raising risks or dependencies early
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of project and team needs
Requirements
- English minimum B2
- Basic understanding of IT project management (Agile, SDLC, project lifecycles)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively across teams
- Experience in a coordinator, PMO, junior project manager, or administrative/project support role would be a plus
