About the role
- Development and implementation of software solutions using Node.js, Express, TypeScript, and React
- Support team ceremonies

- Hands-on coding: Develop and maintain a high-quality code base, consistently delivering challenging, stable, and maintainable projects on schedule
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in full-stack software development, with expertise in Node.js and React
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a development team, with responsibility for guiding and directing the work of other developers
- Ownership of applications end-to-end, from specification to coding to deploying, running, and monitoring in production
- Ability to align technical decisions with broader business goals and objectives
- Ability to make informed decisions quickly, considering technical constraints, project requirements, and business priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills for effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the organization
