Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a fullstack engineer working with Python (Flask), React, and TypeScript
- Proficient in PostgreSQL with familiarity in other database systems
- Strong problem-solving skills across both frontend and backend
- Experienced in debugging, triaging, and resolving complex technical issues
- Skilled at identifying the root cause of issues—whether frontend or backend—and proposing effective fixes
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders to clarify issues and align on solutions
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Next.js for enhanced frontend performance and server-side rendering
- Proven ability to embrace rapid prototyping within a tight customer-feedback loop
- Demonstrated interest in taking ownership of major initiatives and driving them to completion
- Effective team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams
- Excited to learn and improve through feedback from team members
- Comfortable working with a certain level of autonomy in a dynamic environment.
