About the role

  • Capture, analyze, and document business and product requirements
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Backend and Mobile/Web Engineering teams
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and scope management
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement clarification meetings
  • Contribute to functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping
  • Ensure product decisions align with business goals and user experience
  • Support test planning and verify feature readiness against requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Web and/or Mobile product delivery
  • Strong understanding of UX flows, APIs, authentication/security, and data handling
  • Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and system interactions
  • Experience supporting Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with a user-centric and product-driven approach
  • Ability to work with data models, process mapping, and requirements traceability
  • Skilled in backlog planning and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
