About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure high-quality releases through effective test planning, execution, regression testing, and staged rollout support
- Define practical QA coverage for devices, OS versions, store builds, SDKs, ads, IAPs, analytics, and remote config
- Identify, prioritize, and document issues with clear, actionable bug reports
- Drive QA automation and continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and external QA partners
- Monitor live quality, investigate crashes, ANRs, performance issues, and prevent regressions
- Provide clear release readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendations
- Maintain test documentation, release reports, and changelogs in Jira & Confluence
- Champion a quality-first mindset across the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mobile or instant games as your primary QA domain for 5+ years, ideally on live-operated F2P titles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with IAP flows, ad mediation, ATT/consent frameworks, and attribution SDKs
- Experience with QA automation, Unity games, and modern QA tools and workflows
- Experience with crash reporting and monitoring tools (e.g. Firebase, Crashlytics, DataDog), and strong understanding of mobile stability issues: crashes, ANRs, and freezes
- Proven experience building or owning a mobile QA automation framework (e.g. Appium, Unity Test Framework)
- Strong understanding of mobile game telemetry, analytics validation, and event tracking
- Experience working with external QA vendors or distributed QA teams
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools to improve testing, documentation, and QA efficiency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional player experiences.
