About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive the game’s vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Prioritize features for LTV impact
- Lead and mentor a small, agile team
- Use data with BI and UA to boost engagement, retention, and monetization
- Oversee LiveOps, events, and the in-game economy
- Apply agile and lean development practices
- Stay up-to-date on Facebook Instant games
- Proactively solve problems
- Align closely with the Head of Studio
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years in Game Production or Product Management (F2P mobile)
- Experience managing live casual games
- Strong understanding of IAP monetization and retention mechanics
- Familiar with UA metrics and strategies
- Data-driven, analytical, and organized
- Comfortable working with remote teams
- Excellent communication in English
- Based in CET Zone +/- 2 hours
