Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic practical experience with TypeScript or JavaScript;
PostgreSQL + an ORM (Prisma ideal, but any is fine);
Git + Conventional Commits, Docker for local services;
Backend + frontend fundamentals — specific framework experience matters less than the ability to ramp up quickly.
Nice to have: Next.js / NestJS / Strapi v5 prior experience;
Tailwind + shadcn/ui, next-intl, auth flows.
Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, or a similar tool in a practical development project;
Plan-first mindset: writes precise specs, breaks work into verifiable steps;
Experience with AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, repository instructions, MCP servers, subagents, or other context-management practices is an advantage, but not a requirement;
Uses agents for refactors, test generation, and codebase exploration — knows when to stop and re-plan.
