About the role
- Identify and target new business opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients in EU countries, preferably Scandinavian and DACH region;
- Active approaching – calling, emailing, messaging (LinkedIn), conferences;
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries;
- Understand clients' needs and provide customized solutions that meet their business requirements;
- Lead and participate in sales presentations and negotiations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales;
- A clear work ethic standard: proactivity, discipline, pace, independence, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Analytical skills to understand client needs and provide customized solutions in IT industry;
- Experience in active sales, proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- English language proficiency, both written and spoken, and any Scandinavian language knowledge is an advantage.
Benefits
- Base salary €2,500 – €4,100 gross per month, depending on experience;
- After the first 9–12 months, total compensation for strong performers is expected to reach €6,000+ EUR gross per month. Bonuses are uncapped and tied directly to what you close — your earnings reflect your results, no ceiling;
