About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure contractual profitability and success: You will lead Fixed Price projects by defining rigorous baselines for scope, schedule and cost to protect the project’s gross margin and ensure high-quality deliveries.
Drive the AI First era: You will implement advanced estimation techniques supported by AI agents, accelerating delivery times and optimizing resource sizing.
Manage Earned Value (EVM): You will monitor project health using key indicators (CPI, SPI, EAC, ETC), forecasts and strict cash flow control.
Protect scope and mitigate risks: You will implement formal change control procedures (Change Requests) and risk matrices to prevent scope creep and safeguard business commitments.
Orchestrate high-performance teams: You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams under agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid approaches, ensuring alignment with client dependencies and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience: 4 to 6 years leading projects and processes in Information Technology (IT) environments.
Mastery of the Fixed Price model: Solid experience in securing scope, margin management, contingencies and change control procedures.
Languages: Proficiency in English (Bilingual) to interact with international clients and stakeholders.
Predictive and Agile frameworks: Deep knowledge of the PMBOK (7th edition), agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, scaled frameworks) and the ability to execute hybrid approaches.
Estimation and control techniques: Proficiency with financial metrics (EVM), estimation techniques (PERT, Bottom-up, Story Points) and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or Monday.
AI First mindset: Interest in and practical understanding of how AI accelerates software delivery and optimizes team productivity.
Desirable: PMP® (PMI) certification. Certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe, LeSS). Previous experience on projects with stabilization clauses, warranties and development frameworks such as DORA or SPACE.
