Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build REST connectors/webhooks to normalize JSON payloads.
Implement automated flows in Flow Designer and orchestration playbooks.
Configure event rules and alerts.
Develop and optimize ITSM modules aligned with ITIL best practices.
Administer and configure advanced AI solutions such as Now Assist, AIOps, and Predictive Intelligence.
Create dashboards and operational health views for services and MIM.

Requirements

What you’ll need

We are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist/Architect with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM.
Technical ability to develop complex integrations using JavaScript and APIs.
Strategic vision in solution architecture.
Proven track record implementing ServiceNow and platforms such as BMC Helix or Micro Focus.
