About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports Sofidel America’s Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP
- Responsible for set-up, operation, adjustment, and change-over of packaging equipment
- Collaborate with other staff to achieve production rates
- Perform basic maintenance tasks
- Document quality control and production issues
- Obey established housekeeping rules and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 6 to 12 months experience in manufacturing inventory and purchasing
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to use tools and measuring instruments related to equipment operation
- Ability to learn and certify in Lift and Crane operation
