Regional Sales Manager – AFH

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Sofidel at key marketing events including trade shows, seminars, and client meetings, championing our brand and solutions
- Stay ahead of the competition by understanding market trends and proactively overcoming challenges with both new and existing clients
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our presence in untapped markets
- Analyse market data and sales forecasts to shape and support effective sales strategies
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner in their success
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Drive sales growth while ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer care
- Work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and demonstrate how Sofidel can help them achieve their goals
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Country Sales Manager, highlighting key accounts, new business wins, and potential risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- A driven, self-motivated professional with a passion for sales and growth
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering consistent results
- Confident, articulate, and professional communicator who builds trust with ease
- Solid experience selling to the corporate sector, with a focus on solution-based selling
- A natural business developer with the ability to identify, pursue, and close new opportunities
- Strong background in B2B sales, ideally within competitive or fast-paced industries
- Industry knowledge of the paper or hygiene sector is a strong advantage
- Educated to degree level, preferably in a related field
- Confident in using PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce
