About the role

  • From day one, you will take responsibility for paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and learn directly from experienced performance marketers how to translate budgets into measurable results.
  • You will work hands-on on campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis, progressing step by step from execution to independent ownership.
  • You will take on your own projects with the aim of identifying and unlocking additional growth opportunities.
  • Over time, you will expand your scope beyond paid search to other channels and cross-channel growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and structured way of thinking – you enjoy breaking down complex questions into clear relationships and working with numbers.
  • High level of personal responsibility and intrinsic motivation – you take initiative, work independently, and consistently see tasks through to completion.
  • Proactive work approach and comfort with uncertainty – you are willing to make assumptions, run tests, and quickly learn from results.
  • A solid professional foundation (e.g., through a degree, vocational training, or comparable practical experience) and demonstrable analytical strength. The specific field of study is not decisive.
  • Native-level German and very good written and spoken English.
