About the role

  • Responsibility for our Paid Search, YouTube and Display campaigns, both strategically and in terms of budget
  • Management of marketing channels including campaign control and optimization
  • Identifying growth opportunities, conducting performance analyses and producing reports
  • Project management (planning, control, implementation, success analysis)

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on SEA and Google Ads
  • Practical experience designing, implementing, optimizing and reporting on paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads)
  • Budget responsibility and proven track record of continuous performance optimization using relevant KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills and confident use of analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
  • Ideally, experience with YouTube campaigns
  • Native-level German combined with very good English skills
