Key responsibilities & impact

Aggregate and reconcile data from multiple sources into a single, authoritative view.
Collaborate directly with the CEO and client-facing teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.
Design and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards that deliver consistent, clean intelligence to executives and clients across every engagement.
Own quality control on all data outputs.
Elevate the quality, consistency, and speed of client-facing work products, including decks, data summaries, and campaign status reports.
Work with the firm’s AI-powered reporting infrastructure, further enhancing data ingestion, normalization, and delivery across the project lifecycle.
Identify new opportunities for automation and champion their transformation through intelligent tooling.
Maintain data governance standards, naming conventions, and workflow documentation.
Utilize predictive analysis to surface trends and provide data-driven recommendations that allow the firm to act before problems occur.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of analytical experience in financial services, with deep expertise in mutual funds or related investment products.
Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (Excel/Power Query required; Python, SQL, or R strongly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to synthesize multi-source data into clean, executive-ready deliverables under deadline pressure.
Strong working knowledge of AI tools and their application to data workflows, reporting automation, or process improvement.
Exceptional attention to detail. You catch errors others miss and hold your work to a high standard.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfort translating data into narrative for senior executives and clients.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, time-bound environment.
