Design high-quality marketing assets, including social media creatives and paid ad visuals, website graphics and landing page elements, email marketing banners and templates, sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and videos
Translate marketing briefs into effective, visually engaging designs
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and growth teams on campaigns
Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all touchpoints
Iterate on designs based on feedback and basic performance insights such as CTR and engagement
Manage multiple design requests and prioritize tasks independently
Contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and campaign impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in digital marketing or SaaS)
Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused work, including ads, social media, and web graphics
Clean, modern design style
Consistency across different formats
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in Power Point
Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Good understanding of designing for digital platforms and responsiveness
Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including ads, funnels, and campaign goals
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
