About the role

  • Create content aligned with the client's brand identity
  • Strategically plan content for each social channel
  • Interact with and respond to followers' comments and messages in a creative way
  • Provide updates on interactions and campaign insights
  • Develop reports, analyses and presentations
  • Analyze research/data and translate numbers into stories and content
  • Maintain direct client contact to align digital strategies
  • Work in sync with the BI and monitoring teams to identify insights and develop narratives and roadmaps for the account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Languages/Literature, or a related field
  • Experience in content creation
  • Knowledge of social media language, formats, and trends
  • Proficiency in Portuguese
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of storytelling
  • Ability to create creative and engaging narratives for social media.
