About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creation of Purchase Order (PO) numbers in SAP S/4HANA
Verification and transfer of relevant data into SAP S/4HANA
Support with administrative processes in order and invoice management
Close collaboration with the ICM (Influencer Campaign Management) team
Maintenance and documentation of created purchase orders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled at a university or college
Ideally some practical experience with SAP (SAP S/4HANA) and Asana
Careful, structured and reliable working style
Good organizational skills and a strong eye for detail
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Very good German and good English language skills
