• Lead generation & pipeline management: Identify and research potential new clients in relevant industries (e.g., FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, D2C, e‑commerce)
• Build and maintain lead lists via LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.
• Create and continuously maintain ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies and sales campaigns (e.g., email, LinkedIn, events, webinars)
• Independently manage the lead pipeline in Pipedrive
• Ensure clean data structures for marketing automation and sales reporting
• Prepare and conduct sales calls with potential new clients
• Document all meetings in Pipedrive, including follow‑up tasks
• Create proposal documents, decks, and customized pricing offers
• Work closely with our founder on strategic decisions throughout the sales process
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients
• Track relevant sales KPIs and analyze performance
• Derive and implement concrete actions to increase revenue and improve lead quality
