Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product roadmap, drive cycle planning
Shape the work that gets built
Conduct continuous user interviews and opportunity mapping
Help define self-serve subscription packaging, onboarding, activation
Co-lead product direction alongside engineering and design
Clearly articulate product direction and trade-offs to CTO and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of product experience
You’ve owned a product roadmap end-to-end
Experience with enterprise product management
Understanding of building a product experience that sells itself
Data product instincts and familiarity with analytics
Professional English working capacity
Comfort in a small, fast-moving team
Experience in a remote LATAM environment
