Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product roadmap, drive cycle planning
  • Shape the work that gets built
  • Conduct continuous user interviews and opportunity mapping
  • Help define self-serve subscription packaging, onboarding, activation
  • Co-lead product direction alongside engineering and design
  • Clearly articulate product direction and trade-offs to CTO and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8+ years of product experience
  • You’ve owned a product roadmap end-to-end
  • Experience with enterprise product management
  • Understanding of building a product experience that sells itself
  • Data product instincts and familiarity with analytics
  • Professional English working capacity
  • Comfort in a small, fast-moving team
  • Experience in a remote LATAM environment
