About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and execute Social's marketing calendar
- Plan institutional, commercial and communications campaigns
- Create content strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage Social's and the CEO's social media channels
- Write scripts for videos, Reels, Stories and LinkedIn content
- Accompany the CEO at recordings, events, meetings and other strategic moments
- Capture photos and videos for digital content
- Edit videos for social media
- Create presentations, corporate materials and communication pieces
- Support the Sales team with campaigns and sales materials
- Support internal marketing and internal communications initiatives
- Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs
- Research trends and new communication opportunities
- Organize the brand's image, video and asset library
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or related fields
- Experience with B2B Marketing
- Experience planning and executing marketing activities
- Experience managing social media and producing content
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of brand building and digital positioning
- Proficiency in Canva
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve (or similar)
- Organized and able to work autonomously
- Availability to attend recordings and in-person events
