About the role

  • Support the team in email, WhatsApp, and app marketing
  • Plan, create, and analyze targeted and automated marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate content with the Creative team and independently produce creative copy
  • Develop personalized initiatives for existing customers
  • Execute targeted campaigns for lead generation
  • Evaluate campaign success using analyses, reports, and dashboards

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or marketing, or equivalent qualification
  • Some experience in CRM, preferably in e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of marketing software and CRM tools
  • Some experience with artificial intelligence (AI)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Communication skills and creativity for communication and campaign strategies
  • Goal-oriented mindset, conscientious work ethic, and reliability
  • Fluent German and English (minimum C1)
