About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate prospective corporate and workforce partner opportunities aligned with SNHU's strategic goals.
- Build a pipeline of new partner prospects through proactive outreach, market research, and industry networking.
- Cultivate and establish relationships with senior-level decision-makers and partners at prospective organizations.
- Lead negotiations with prospective partners to secure favorable terms and initial partnership agreements.
- Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of new partnership agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with our teams including sales, marketing, product development, operations, and legal to align new partnership plans with our goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to workforce education partnerships.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with new partnership plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in new business development focusing on generating new revenue including developing strategies, finding prospects, pitching and closing deals.
- Experience with corporate partnership development, or related roles.
- Experience in contract negotiation and deal structuring.
- Experience in market data analysis, trends, data literacy, and business case development.
- Experience managing and reporting on pipeline performance metrics.
