About the role
- Conduct phone interviews with prospective students
- Engage with students by phone, email, and other communication channels
- Present information about SNHU, program offerings, structure, accreditation, and cost
- Achieve expected goals including Daily activity, Schedule Adherence, and Compliance
- Assist prospective students through the admission process
- Partner with departments outside of Admission to ensure service delivery
Requirements
- Associates degree/some college coursework must be completed.
- Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable
- At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience in relationship or consultative sales
- Flexible to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
- You must reside in a Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific approved Synergy state
