About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of Product Managers to develop and scale a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Ad Formats product area
  • Originate and help your team execute scalable, transformative ideas that address advertiser needs and deliver long-term impact
  • Build trust and influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Use data and analytics to understand performance, identify growth patterns, and make informed decisions
  • Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Mentor and guide less experienced PMs, contribute to recruiting efforts, and play an active role in building a strong, collaborative Revenue Product organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of practical work experience
  • 10+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company; or a Masters and 9+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing product teams
  • Skilled in people management, cross functional leadership and deep product management experience
  • Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
  • A strong understanding of and practical experience in designing, executing, and analyzing UI-centric A/B tests to drive product improvements.
