About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain intuitive, impactful dashboards for sellers, managers, and leadership to support data-driven decision making
Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines that feed our sales data warehouse
Partner with Sales Strategy, CRM and other cross-functional teams to support key initiatives through clear, actionable analysis and reporting
Support adoption of self-serve datasets and dashboards through documentation, stakeholder training, onboarding, and ongoing user support
Monitor support channels for data warehouse and BI users, helping troubleshoot issues, manage access requests and permissions

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Sales Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing principles
Experience building scalable dashboards, reports, and shared datasets in Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, especially Salesforce Sales Cloud
Experience with data pipelines or orchestration tools, such as Apache Airflow or similar platforms
