About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing Science, Product Managers, and Biz Marketing
- Act as the voice of the advertiser by gathering and synthesizing feedback on new and existing features
- Cultivate trusted relationships with Director and MD-level stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for new Ads features
- Define and track KPIs for adoption, advertiser satisfaction, and revenue
- Establish scalable feedback loops between advertisers, sales and product teams
- Coach and up-level peers and junior PMMs
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or other relevant digital marketing or advertising roles
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the highest levels
- Proven leadership in scaling marketing programs and frameworks globally
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to operate autonomously and lead in ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams
- Demonstrated ability to champion AI adoption and lead the automation of manual workflows
- Proficiency in GTM frameworks and strategic narrative development
