About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define E-House platform architecture, including layouts, structural standards, and integration zones
  • Develop standardized design templates to reduce engineering effort and enable scalable configurations
  • Own fabrication and assembly standards to ensure consistency and manufacturability
  • Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA), incorporating production feedback for continuous improvement
  • Ensure products meet all applicable UL and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Partner with Program Management to align Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain on execution
  • Support and contribute to execution of scope, cost, and schedule across programs
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and support customer design and system integration discussions for major pursuits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years in power systems or modular manufacturing
  • Experience with E-House or integrated electrical systems
  • General Contractor/Building Construction experience
  • Experience with MCCs, switchgear, and PDUs
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor)
  • Background in EPC project environments as a buyer or supplier
  • Familiarity with modular construction or skid-mounted electrical systems
