About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the owner of the functional solution, from the first business workshop through to user adoption
- You translate complex, sometimes ambiguous requirements into a clear, structured Odoo solution
- You write the specifications and User Stories that will serve as the reference for the development team
- You prioritize and arbitrate the backlog according to the client's true business priorities
- You configure the solution and can lead testing phases
- You coordinate technical and business teams and stay on course until production deployment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or ERP consulting, ideally with Odoo
- You manage ERP projects end-to-end and can make trade-offs between standard and custom solutions
- You build trust with both business stakeholders and developers
- You simplify technical concepts and support change with a pedagogical approach
- English is second nature to you (mandatory on our projects)
