About the role
- Provide advice to customers via phone and email (German & English)
- Present our products and services related to brands and intellectual property (IP)
- Prepare tailored quotes and actively follow up
- Respond to inquiries — confident, friendly and solution-oriented
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with our legal and administrative teams
Requirements
- Excellent German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Interest in sales, consulting and legal services
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner
- Flexible thinking and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Structured working style and a good sense for customer needs
- Initial experience in sales or customer service is an advantage — but not required.
