About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Hybrid role involving projects and processes;
Develop and communicate standards, methods (agile and/or traditional) and tools to be used for project management;
Support project management, acting as a liaison between business areas and clients and assisting technical leadership;
Prepare materials and lead executive and management project status meetings, including key KPIs and action plans;
Ensure the effectiveness of the project's quality control process;
Identify improvements in existing processes;
Analyze and implement improvements in automation processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
Advanced English (may be required for day-to-day use);
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience with KPIs;
Experience with Agile methodology;
Nice to have:
Experience in an IT company;
Knowledge of Power BI and SAP;
Intermediate Spanish.
