About the role

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers.
  • Work with delivery leaders to align project resources with client needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong project governance.
  • Support client engagements and proposals by contributing to solution design.
  • Provide thought leadership in workforce management and project delivery.
  • Drive ongoing improvement across the practice by championing new delivery approaches.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience leading complex workforce management implementation projects.
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams of Project Managers or delivery consultants.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery governance practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project forecasting, utilisation, and commercial performance in a consulting or services environment.
  • Experience contributing to solution design, project scoping and proposal development for client engagements.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software delivery, preferably within workforce management or HR technology platforms.
  • Experience with UKG Pro WFM, UKG Ready, or similar workforce management solutions highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal leaders.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery practices.
  • Experience leveraging automation, data or AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and productivity.
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Technology or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent highly regarded.
