About the role
- Contribute to the creation of immersive, engaging videos for an online English learning program
- Actively participate in video production, working directly with the creative lead
- Review and organize raw footage (dailies/rushes)
- Edit short-form educational videos following a defined template
- Integrate instructional visuals, dynamic subtitles, and impactful transitions
- Clean up audio: remove background noise and unwanted sounds
- Check overall quality before export: readability, synchronization, and correct final exports
Requirements
- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro
- Good sense of timing and rhythm
- Self-motivated, organized, and takes pride in quality work
- Desire to contribute to and commit to a project with a real mission
- Proactive and able to propose creative ideas
- Comfortable collaborating (feedback, revisions, regular communication)
- A plus if you're interested in education or learning
