You shape the overall technical vision for the portal portfolio
You develop technical standards in alignment with the entire development organization
You make informed decisions regarding frontend architecture
You design robust interfaces using REST, gRPC and Pub/Sub
You continuously drive the harmonization of the codebase
Together with the team, you own the efficiency of our delivery pipeline
You establish best practices for Git and containerized environments
You act as a technical sparring partner for product management and UX
You actively manage the balance between building new features and maintenance work

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience developing complex full‑stack applications
Ideally, experience in a technical leadership role
Degree (University / FH / HF) in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
Understanding of security concepts (OWASP, AuthZ/AuthN) in the context of sensitive billing and control data
Business‑fluent English and ideally fluent German
Ability to present complex technical topics clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
Team‑oriented, highly self‑motivated, and committed to a culture of openness, transparency and continuous learning
Experience in mentoring, strategic code reviews and architecture‑level pair programming
