About the role
- Monitoring, assessing, and responding to customer accounts flagged for potential risk
- Reviewing account activity and risk scores
- Initiating contact with customers who may be vulnerable or exhibiting harmful patterns
- Conducting affordability checks

Requirements
- Previous iGaming experience, preferably in safer gambling, player protection or compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to see patterns and anomalies in data
- Empathy, tact, and confidence in difficult or sensitive conversations
- Analytical thinking
