About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle the day‑to‑day AP and bookkeeping work for a set of brewery clients in Bill.com and QuickBooks Online
Maintain clean, accurate QBO bank feeds by matching transactions, entering payroll, and keeping bank and POS syncs current
Support monthly close work by collecting and preparing statements and documentation for your Accountant teammates
Communicate with brewery clients to request information, resolve questions, and keep their accounting moving smoothly
Collaborate closely with our Accountants and other Associates so they have what they need from your work to complete monthly close and compliance filings

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ year of experience as an Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant or similar
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online; experience with Bill.com is a plus
Comfort working with multiple clients or entities at once (public firm, outsourced accounting, or similar experience is a plus)
Reliable internet, a quiet setup for video calls, and availability during normal business hours (9–5, Monday–Friday)
Must be based in the U.S. and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Preferred: experience with brewery or inventory-heavy, accrual-based clients; prior experience with tools like Square, Toast, Gusto, Podio or Asana
