About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute growth strategies across priority sectors and accounts
- Build senior-level client relationships and generate qualified opportunities
- Conduct account research, stakeholder mapping and white space analysis
- Partner with marketing and technical teams on campaigns and market insights
- Connect clients with the right expertise across SLR's multidisciplinary teams to develop and advance opportunities
- Maintain high-quality CRM data and leverage market intelligence tools
- Support strategic proposals, bids and major growth opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in lead generation and new business development
- Strong social selling and outbound prospecting skills
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including C-suite decision makers
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to research markets, identify trigger events and uncover opportunities
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo
- Fluent English; additional European languages (German, Dutch or French) are advantageous.
