About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a design engineer as part of a wider team to deliver complex infrastructure projects
Proposal development
Undertake Business Development initiatives
Provide hands-on designs using FLOW and AutoCAD
Work with others in the team and other disciplines
Mentor and coach earlier career engineers within the team
Support the sector and client leads across the business
Work within an experienced team and be involved in exciting challenges with one of the leading environmental and engineering consultancies in the UK

Requirements

What you’ll need

A solid track record of delivering projects and working in the UK on highways and infrastructure projects
Demonstrable knowledge of UK engineering guidance, including hydraulic design standard and processes
Experience working on Hydraulic Feasibility Studies, Detailed Drainage Strategies, Flood Risk Assessments and Sc104 Detailed Design
Good FLOW (or similar) and AUTOCAD skills
Achieved or Working towards Chartership with Institute of Civil Engineers or similar
Must have a full, current, driving licence valid in the UK
