About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation Engineering, Planning, or related field
- Professional Engineering license or TPCB or similar certification (e.g., PTP, PTOE, RSP cert)
- 6+ years of related professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to research, present and convey information clearly and concisely
- Experience with software including HCS, SYNCHRO/SimTraffic, VISSIM, CADD, GIS
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal guidelines/standards, policies, and procedures
- Desire to lead and be at the forefront of the evolving field of transportation
- Knowledge of emerging best practices/guidelines in transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Critical thinker with strong communication skills (graphic, written, and interpersonal) are essential
- Efficient, thorough, detail-oriented, and dedicated to quality work
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment across numerous disciplines.
